BIRMM member Dirk Lafaut has successfully defended his PhD Dissertation titled “The ethics of bordering healthcare: A study on healthcare access of undocumented migrants in Brussels (Belgium)" on January 8th, 2021. Following his defence, in an interview with 'De Artsenkrant', Dirk explains the institutional barriers and the imbalances among care providers in the care for undocumented migrants in Brussels.
