
Kemi Thompson
Biography
Kemi holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and is currently pursuing a second master's in Theory and Research in Psychology at the KU Leuven. Her master's thesis examined differences in acculturation experiences and stressors between first- and second-generation migrants. Building on her interest in sociocultural psychology, her research focuses on bicultural identity processes, mental health and social media. Her research interests include migration, belonging, decolonization, intersectionality and participatory research methods.
