Biography
Hakki Demirkapu is a general practitioner and tutor for general practice trainees in Brussels. He serves as a researcher and lecturer in the Department of Family Medicine and Chronic Care at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His research focuses on individuals with a migration background, with recent studies examining advance care planning among Turkish and Moroccan communities in Belgium. Additionally, he teaches culturally sensitive and diversity-responsive personalized care.
