Biography
Elieze Termote is currently doing research in the two new Belgian prisons, Haren and Dendermonde, as project coordinator. This research departs from the needs of incarcerated people, to set up experiments and better align practice in prison with these needs. In addition to her research, Elieze is member of Vzw De Huizen and the European movement RESCALED: supporting detention houses instead of large prison institutions. She is also a member of the Supervisory Committee in the prison of Ghent.
