BIRMM researcher Dr. Serena D'Agostino outlined the Belgian legislation and policies on Roma and Travellers, as part of the FRA's Roma and Travellers Survey. Her report highlights how access to justice and legal aid has become increasingly difficult for Roma and Travellers. It also draws attention to the many barriers for Roma and Travellers in access to education and housing.
