Bart Somers decided to no longer recognize and support Minderhedenforum. BIRMM members Ilke Adam, Saloua Berdai, Iman Lechkar, Pieter-Paul Verhaeghe and Hannah Vermaut strongly oppose to this decision and react in an op-ed together with academics from ULB, KULeuven, Maastricht University and Odisee.
