Yijia Huang joined the Institute for European Studies (IES) of VUB as a PhD researcher in October 2017. Her research interests include immigrant integration policies, discrimination, and identity. She holds a MA degree in English Language and Literature from Sichuan University, and a BA degree in English and a double degree in Human Resources Management from Sichuan University. She studied as an exchange student in Taiwan National Chiao Tung University for 6 months.
